Looks like they broke my glove box when taking out the cabin air filter. I found it broken when i went to save my receipt in the glove box the glove box just fell when going to open it

My car was parked under some kind of tree while at the dealership. The tree dripping we’re a disappointment. I keep my car covered & clean- now I have to wash my car! The mechanical parts of the repairs were done correctly.

Matthew was helpful in explaining what happened with my vehicle. I did have issues getting in touch with service department to arrange for pickup of my vehicle. I called several times between 5:50-6 and my call kept being redirected. Thankfully, with the help of Anthony X, Tyler, and the front desk associate, I was reunited with my car.

Rachel is amazing and very consistent with great quality customer communication and knowledgeable service info. However, the service quality has continuously severely decompensated since Community took over. Seems every visit is some issue. This time it was 2.5 hrs for a basic oil change. That evening, we heard a noise and thought we ran over something but nothing in road. Stopped 3x’s to check under vehicle. 3rd stop, husband opened hood…ENGINE AIR FILTER was open! I value service at dealership and have been loyal despite my better judgement from the past few negative experiences. I’m not certain how much more I will put up with. Seems the mechanics need a supervisor. Last time or the time before the wiper fluids they “checked” were empty next day. I shouldn’t bring vehicle for preventative maintenance and feel compelled to watch gauges as I’m not trusting quality of professional mechanics. (I use “professional” loosely as the gentlemen whom returned my keys was in street clothes not uniform.) Isolated events can be overlooked but it’s becoming nearly 100% routine. Please improve the management of the service department as it’s direct management reflection if the mechanics aren’t doing their job for an extended period of time. (I’m really not trying to be rude, just honest as it’s truly an ongoing issue.)

Service experience with Matthew Bryan was exceptional. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We were kept aware of everything that was being done on our Honda Accord. Five Star service!

Realized when we got in car next morning and checked all sensors before heading our our new tire pressure was at 44 and the three other tires between 31 - 33 Talked to Robert and he said definitely too high We could come in or just release some of the pressure Sorry, not something the customer should gave to worry about or do because of the technician's carelessness and oversight
