Everyone was very nice and friendly as always. Rachel is extremely competent, friendly, and efficient. She comes across as someone who really loves her job. She should be given a raise and/or promotion. I should add that I normally don’t like sitting around waiting rooms and get very fidgety. But when I come to Honda it’s like coming to visit old friends and I don’t mind waiting at all. I especially like the way Honda keeps you updated on how your vehicle is coming along. Lots of other places will let the customer sit there for 2 hours wondering where their vehicle is only to be told the job can’t be finished that day or will cost 200.00 more than the originally quoted price. Then the vehicle breaks down or something after 2 weeks.

I dropped off my car last Wednesday and picked it up Friday with no change. The dashboard of my 2019 pilot makes a rattling , popping, cracking sound while driving. The display screen also goes in and out which prevents me from being able to use my navigation or listen to any music. This is the second time I have brought my car to you all concerning this issue. I was told you all would call me next week with a rental car and to bring vehicle back into shop. It’s Wednesday and I have heard from no one.

My car was in the shop for ten days. Ten days without my vehicle. Get it back, two weeks later same issue. Have to hitch a ride and take time off of work. Annoying.
