John did his job very well. He is a good communicator, explained the diagnosis of the problem, what was done to correct problem and explained the extra steps that the detail department was taking to remove water inside the cabin area of my truck. His professionalism was impressive. Because of Jon I will consider using Community Honda serviced again, even though I live 45 miles away.

The service tech that was assing to my car .was very rude.when i nack up and heard a noise coming from the vent.which he took it back to correct the problem.my glove box was left a mess.and when i ask him again where he put my recipe.i had on the seat of my car.he came back and took it out the glove box And had the Nerve to Slam my car door and walk away.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership after my services we let completed, to get less than a mile down the road and my tire sensor comes on. I turned around we returned to the dealership, I was told that since the tires were rotated they just needed to re calibrate the sensors. The tech re calibrated the sensors and the light goes off. I get to the other side of Lafayette for it to come back on. We return to Honda for the third time in one day, to find out there was a nail in the tire. My tire light has never once come on in the car until my tires we rotated here. The tech was also very rude after my tire was patched. The lady in customer service was amazing as she tried to get the problem fixed though. I would not refer anyone to this service department though. This is not the first issue I have had when bringing my car in
