Julie Nelson is one of the BEST service reps hands down
Brought my vehicle for diagnostics and repair by factory trained technician capable of diagnosing and repairing. Instead of diagnosing the windows issue someone only did a search of know issues and declared my vehicle to have the same. The solution is wrong, all four window regulator drum gears, one for each window, will not fail all together, same time. I believe the repair was simple not making enough money so this was thrown at me for $700 repair. I was ripped off and requesting a refund of $140.

My experience was bad, they never got with me on time, Avery said she would call me back and she didn’t. Then she was never at work. She never told me that for extra testing was going to be more money, so when I asked just to confirm it was going to be 140 like she said, to my surprise the bill was already up to 500. Gladly Mrs. Mary helped me and I told her that I was never told about the extra charge, she spoked to the manager and waived the fee. But overall I didn’t like my experience.

Julie was the perfect host during my visit to have my car repaired. She explained clearly what would be done and offered refreshments while we waited.
