I was told 2 weeks ago that because of my vehicle consistently burning oil that I would get the either the oil consumption test or engine soak, at no charge; when I come for my next oil change. At that time, 2 weeks ago, the oil was topped off. Yesterday, I took my vehicle in to check the oil, it was 2.5 quarts low, and had to be topped off again; but I was told that l will to pay over $400.
