I find Community Kia totally trustworthy especially after I encountered Anthony in one of my trips to the facility(another story). I do have to mention that all the employees I have encountered there are all so courteous, helpful and very professional.
We asked for weeks when the car would be ready, with no answer.
We picked the car us after it was repaired. The day prior to picking it up, the service department had no idea when it would be ready. Two weeks after we picked the car up, we received a notice that it was ready.
Please improve your communication with customers.

Nicole was wonderful!
She was professional, reassuring, and friendly. During my wait, she checked on me multiple times to keep me informed about both the status of my car and any impending repair surprises. I felt confident during my visit that Nicole would take excellent care of me, and she did. Give her a raise, she’s worth it!

Communication was almost nonexistent. The fog lights were not fixed, so now I have to come back to get something done that I have already paid for. It is not convenient to work around your schedule. I understand that it is necessary, but I also expect all the repairs to be complete when I pick it up.
