When I picked up my car they usually have it washed I had to keep calling to check on it I picked it up on Wed and the check engine light is on I don't know if they suppose to reset it or what but I will be calling Thur mornings

The sales assistant said they would wash my car before I picked it up. It was not washed. No fault of their own, but they could not re-create the problem of my less than one month old car dash screen, blinking continually.

Everything was done with my satisfaction, there is just one thing I want to say when I made my first call of the problem the girl I talked with said she would make me a appointment, when I called Friday to add a oil change the person I was talking g with said there was no appointment made fo me so she would pencil me in. That is all I have to add. Thank You, Kenneth Carter

First of all let’s start with the greeting when arriving!! The workers look at you as if you are to acknowledge them first!! Carlos took the initiative to greet me!! There was a million workers and the all had to see who was going to acknowledge me!! They were service workers counter workers and I never expect the one the take your payment her customers service is all way Trash as if I made her work on a Saturday!!! Every time I come there anyone that take the payment customer service is Always Trash!! Maybe Saturday is not a good day for them to work!! As far as who ever worked on the ar he needs to know the the car have door handle for a reason!! Because Carlos tells me that the strip on the door is wear and tear but if you use the door handle the rubber wouldn’t have your finger print on the strip. The last time I was giving a survey because the girl at the counter couldn’t do her work because she had her kids with her waiting on a ride to pick them up so she was so unfocused at work!! The only time you have an Awesome counter person is when Julia works!! my suggestion to better customer service is to let Julia retrain your staff Carlos did a good job so he could miss the class!!! I also was upset that I was charged for tire rotation the last time and the tire were not rotated but I was charged!!! I also let Carlos know that the tires were not changed!! To me that a form of stealing we you change someone for services and you don’t even do all of the services but you can find something wrong with the car that I can be changed for!! All in all I will try to schedule my oil change when Julia is working so I can pay for Awesome customer service!! Every though I will still have to put up with the one that takes your payment with her sour attitude find another job if you don’t like working with the public you took that position and made customers service Dead I hate giving you my payment!! With that being said I will call Monday to talk about the window strip on the door and the time I was charged and my tire were not rotated!! I don’t live in Baytown but Julia customer service is awesome so I make the hour drive!! I can get my oil changed in Beaumont and get crappy customer service!!! Customer service is Dead!!!
