Appointment was at 11:30 didn't leave until after 6:00pm. Was offered a car wash that wasn't even done after car was ready.(until I asked for it).Also I needed my throttle cleaned & was told I had to confirm it, which was the reason it wasn't done. So maybe that's why the service took even longer.

Tyler is awesome and always goes to the extreme for his customers such a nice guy. my second time having Tyler an his still have a very nice personality from the first day that I met him always ensure he meets all requirements for your vehicle

After waiting for almost 30 minutes for service advisor Heaven Flores, Natoriea came over and apologize explaining that Heaven was not in and she will assist me. Thanks to Natoriea,my car got serviced, and I was on my way home. Thanks Natoriea.
