I placed this service thru the on line portal and wrote in that I needed the charging plug/receptacle checked. My HV charger at times was not charging the car and just wanted to get that checked. No where on my i voice does it show anything about checking that or I cannot see it.

I can’t believe Toyota does not allow for the stupid purple screen advertising the drive connect subscription to be removed from the screen, and also to have someone adjust my headlight aim it would require me waiting an additional 2 hours. All responses on the internet claim it is a 5 to 10 minute repair. Totally disillusioned with the amount of time to do short length repairs with having an allotted time
