It’s obviously a well managed showroom as I was hanging some of the wall covering and I couldn’t help from just looking around and seeing the people and seeing how things were handled a class act!

I was lied to about the problem with my car. The problem is still not resolved and to make matters worse when I picked up my car there was a black scrape on the side of my car and it appears as though nobody knows anything about it.

This was my first visit to Bev Smith service center. I've been to Toyota of Vero Beach several times, and was displeased with the treatment I received there. I will return to this location as long as I'm treated respectfully. I'm pleased with the service I received.

My name was spelt incorrectly in the system, I asked the service provider to change my name in the system which was not done. When my car was ready the provider called the wrong name in the waiting area. This lead me again to ask for my name to be changed in the system. Once I received my car there was dirt/oil on my center console and drivers seat door which is unacceptable.
