Tori was exceptiona! She truly made me feel heard and respected, not only as a customer, but as a human being. I informed her of what I presumed would be a major issue, completely unrelated to the oil change I originally came for, and she still made sure it was addressed. Afterwords she took the time to explain the route they took to fix the issue, as well as giving me insight into what I could expect if it’s a recurring problem. She was very personable and honestly made my entire experience not only pleasant, but also worthwhile. I’d like to be assisted by her again in the future and will likely recommend her to anyone looking for service at Toyota. I hope you all employ many more like her!

Great customer service! The ladies that checked me in are always smiling and friendly. Rich (Richard?) Explained everything being done. Your driver for that day, who was a fill-in, was pleasant and drove safely. My whole experience was great. Thank you

I left my car there 7:30 am and pick it up 2:00 pm. When I pick it up my car I knew that they drove my car over 50 miles! This is the 2nd time Bev Smith does the maintenance and something bad happened to my car. The last time they scratched my car rear bumper. Now this today! Not happy at all!!

Brought my NEW car in for a scheduled service. They said my tires needed rotation. THEY DIDN'T. I spent 3 hours that day only to have to return the following Saturday to have them undo the WORK they never should have done. I was charged for it and NO. I am not happy with my latest experience. Not to mention I should have known I was being up sold on service after on my first scheduled service they replaced my cabin filter which was on a the 3,000 mile brand new car I bought from you. My car is still not as aligned as it was, but I am unwilling to spend any more time (6 hours total now at Beve Smith) waiting on a service THAT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE.

Just moved to the area so my first trip to Bev Smith Toyota. Very impressed with the service at the garage. Madison was very pleasant to deal with and kept in contact with me regarding status of my service. I was in and out very quickly.
