Ms Flores was very professional from the moment I arrived and treated me with respect and courtesy. She informed me of the necessary inspection on the vehicle which will determine the work that had to be done. I was then escorted to the waiting area were I had coffee water and snacks. The staff made sure we were comfortable while we waited.
