I was very pleased to see that all commitments were kept and well done. The staff were friendly and efficient. Abby and Maddison represent your company well. The vehicle look great. I do want to say the during the detail work, the inside of the windshield was cleaned. As someone with considerable shoulder damage, I was very pleased to see this extra step taken. I simply cannot reach well enough to clean the inside well enough. I really appreciate that extra step.

Tori was amazing! There was no pressure when she mentioned my brakes needing a replacement which I accepted as they were needed. She presenting the information about needing new tires which I am also considering in July. 5 stars for customer service.

Natoriea Lundy did a fantastic job with accommodating my service. Smooth and extremely satisfactory assistance. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know to obtain service directly from this associate. Overall Bev Smith Toyota US1 has a new great facility. It made my visit comfortable, welcoming, and efficient.

Advisor gave me recommendations and tried to upsell for service that I just had done and this happens all the time even when there’s nothing wrong with the car. Very frustrating, demanding and pushy. I pay for service and never feel comfortable coming here because this advisor is always trying to upsell.

My service advisor. Tori was wonderful. I had no problem with any of the staff. I feel disappointed that my car is still having problems, but I understand that they could not make repairs because they cannot find the problem. As I understand at the car was not producing codes so the service team could properly assess shortly today after I picked my car up the screen in the car went completely blank again. I have logged my mileage and according to the gas that I am putting in the car and the miles on the odometer the highest mileage I’m able to achieve is only 33 miles per gallon and sometimes even less than that. They say the car is performing at Manufacture standards, but if you’re only driving the car a few miles to test it how can that be determined as the service team did not put gas in the car or drive it for more than a few miles to where they could test properly with the mileage is in terms of MPG. I have owned RAV4‘s before and this is not my first RAV hybrid but I do understand if they can’t find the problem and the car is not producing codes. How did they fix it so I have no problem with the staff and in fact, I’m very appreciative that they took the time to assist me with the vehicle and even arranged a shuttle transportation for me to come and get the car. The shuttle driver Ted is amazing a very careful driver and very considerate of his passengers. So while my car still has his issues, my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the Customer service or the team That part. I’m very satisfied with. Thank you to Tori thank you to Ted. Thank you to Dave and thank you to Mike. I appreciate your kind assistance.

Service department was exceptional helped acquire a warranty for a tire. Adam jordan was extremely helpful with the value of the truck and trying to assist me in a new vehicle. Outside? Circumstances resulted in not purchasing one today.Hopefully we'll see you soon.
