It is to my disbelief that your customers have to wait two hours for a routine oil change, and tire rotation! We have had several vehicles that have been serviced by other dealerships for maintenance care and this is literally the third time in a row that we have had to wait two hours for a routine maintenance. I can understand maybe it happening once, but literally three times! Do better! Very dissatisfied!

I’ve been getting my auto maintenance there since day 1 and the service to the vehicle has been good but the problem is the wait time has been increasing just for a oil change when I started it was about a hour now for the past 2 years it has been increasing to 2 hours for the oil maintenance which I find this to much, even now with the new remodel completed of the dealer it’s ridiculous today my wait was 2 hours and 20 minutes and if I didn’t get up and walk to the checkout area I would have hit 3 hours Luis was the one attendanding me and it looked like he wasn’t organized, someone else tried to get me out of there and they didn’t even find the paperwork and when I got to my car, it looked and felt like it was sitting there for a while because it wasn’t even hot besides not being parked where Luis told me it would be when it was just parked the door when I stepped outside. Don’t think I’ll be going there anymore after all these years of your service and I think I’ll just drive to another Toyota dealership.

I went in for an oil change and then it seemed like I was being forced to trade in my truck after I told them no! I was there an extra hour or so just because they had me test drive cars even after I said I was not interested. Pleasa don’t force me to do something I don’t want to do. If I come back to get my oil changed here I don’t want to get harassed into buying anything. I was really satisfied with Tyler as my service tech he is a real asset to the company. Thank you!
