Kim was great but whoever worked on my car was not. Smudges on the screen where it shows the odometer/driving speed/etc. Also, this screen was changed to something different than what it was on when I brought it in. It's frustrating having to reset everything in my car again. The seat, mirrors, driving console.

I have half lit headlights on my 2007 FJ. A comparison was done with another FJ in the shop and deemed normal. I did not like that answer. My headlights were not always half lit. So I asked for new headlights. I was told 2 sets of headlights were going to other dealerships. That tells me there are 2 FJ owners who want new headlights. This half lit condition is not normal. So I am waiting for headlights from another parts warehouse. The mechanic/ technician said it was ok half lit and no work was needed. Wrong answer. I got mad. I apologize.
