Mike is absolutely lovely. He is kind and professional and really cares about his customer's satisfaction. I think Bev Smith Toyota is wonderful. However, I find Terry in the sales department a little pushy and crosses a lot of boundaries. Thank you.

Kim is the best advisor you guys have! She is personal remembers her clients and listen to their concerns if any with the vehicle. I only go to Bev Smith because of Kim and the great service she always provide! It has been now what 5+ years with Kim and I don’t want to see any other advisor, I know I can leave with peace of mind if she is the one that took care of my car services.

Nothing against anyone of your employees but I think when you do an oil change and you see battery needs cleaned you do it as part of the maintenance not 38.00 dollars for two minutes of work. I won’t be back to your dealership other than recalls.
