On time and great service
Tyler was great as always. Pretty quick service, and straight forward, but very disappointed.
Upon returning home, I went through my service report from this service, as well as last service (quicker than the recommended 5k service timeline). In December, I was given quotes for multiple items, such as serpentine belt, rear brake pad replacement, among others. Today I had a common issue that is recommended for 2020 Toyota Corollas. The engine light was on and with some research and guidance from Tyler, the engine bypass valve needed to be replaced. I was told there was a leak in my valve and needed to be replaced. I took it for face value and agreed. The service charge was significantly higher than expected. Tyler mentioned he would give me $50 (doesn’t really help much at all), but I was gracious that he said he would help me there.
Once I got home and reviewed the service checklist from this service and last, I noticed major inconsistencies. None of the recommended services from December were listed, and all of a sudden they were marked green. The serpentine belt and the brakes seemingly are in perfect condition. I made zero changes to my car since my last service, but suddenly, those are no longer recommended. I prided myself in coming to Bev Smith because I had the trust that they were honest. Now unfortunately that trust is broken. I was taken advantage of and given false information ok my vehicle and am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Tyler was not there to give me a rundown on my service aftermath, and I was left to find this information out of my own. I am requesting you contact me at ****-****-xxxx to discuss this matter in depth. I am extremely disappointed and disrespected with this type of shady service work. Unfortunately I do not trust this service department with my vehicle and will be taking action to rectify this in the way I see fit if I am not given the trust and respect I have given this dealership.
Kim is the best service advisor that I have interacted with in my 50 years of owning cars on various brands.
I was there for an hour and a half
I don’t like the way the advisor help me. She was very distracted and I feel that she was not helping me right. I am pregnant and when I arrive at my appointment time for service she even told me that I have to wait 2 hours. lol. Isn’t that crazy ? When I went to the waiting area there was only 2 more customers and after 15 mins they were done. Soon like around 30 mins the advisor Jamina came with my car ready. Really 2 hours ??? I just find that there is no mercy with a pregnant woman to tell her she have to wait 2 hours without even offer me to take me home. Didn’t like at all the wait she treat me.
It was a pleasure working with Anthony Michael. It was the 1st time to have my car service and ready within the hour.
