When I schedule my car for service, I always schedule with Kim. Please stop changing my appointments after the fact to another service tech. I make my appointments with Kim for a reason. Thank you.

Kim my advisor greeted me with a big smile, and took care of my truck. She video my truck make sure no damages & she gave it back to me with no damage lol. (Thank you) I only say that because it took soooooo long to get my truck back for an oil change I was thinking the worst ????. After 2.5 hours later ???? I got my truck back. I know it's not Kim's fault it took that long for an oil change but the shop needs to step up there game. Overall at the end of the day, Kim was amazing, looking forward for my next service.

Problem only 1/2 solved tech apparently did not test vehicle. The tire pressures are not registering on view screen. I paid over $300 and problem not fixed. Not happy!

Service rep. Heaven was very nice. After maintenance was completed,there was confusion as to where my car was parked. Took 10-12 minutes to retrieve my car, no one seemed to know it’s location.

Amazing experience. I usually work on my own cars but I always take my company vehicle in for service. We recently got Toyotas and I needed service. Made an appointment because I take the vehicle home and needed it same day. Anthony said hour and a half- I went outside around then just because I needed fresh air and the truck was ready, he was inside getting my paperwork ready. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership service center ever.
