Tori was great. I'm waiting on a call back regarding my repair and will Toyota cover it under the good gesture process. My truck is a Tundra 2023. It had 37500 miles. My passenger side windows motor and regulator failed, only 1 or and a handful of months from being new. I did have it fixed and paid the $700+. I'm hoping Toyota stands by their product. We were scheduled for an 11:30 time slot and were not out of there until 2:30. Service was fine and staff were polite, however it would be appreciated if we were given a time frame for when the service would be completed so that we could have planned better. After waiting an hour, and realizing that we would be waiting another 2 hours, we inquired about a potential shuttle service, which we also found to be unreliable as we could not get a time frame of when we would be picked up once service was completed. All in all it was frustrating.
