Tori was excellent, as always. She was kind, courteous, competent, and professional. She works very hard, and does everything she can to help her customers. If it is OK, I would also like to complement Mike Matos. My friend and I purchased three new vehicles from Bev Smith Toyota. The absolute primary reason for doing so was Mike Matos. He runs a tight ship in the service department, and has a very difficult job. He surrounds himself outstanding people, and does an excellent job keeping them and us customers very happy. Thank you Bev Smith for Mike Matos, his service department, his high standards for loyalty and customer service, and for being there for all of us.

Fastest I have ever had to wait. 1:23 compared to 3 & 4 hrs in past. Nearly froze in waiting room at 62 degrees and no one knew how to turn heat up. Kim was great.

Tori is such a wonderful person. I wasn't informedwhen? making my appt time that my warranty for free oil changes were done. So when I arrived for my appt Tori explained about what the charge would be. I told her I couldn't afford it bc I fell and broke my hip 4 months ago and have been? out of work every since. She said ok and then a few minutes later she came in to tell me that they would be doing a complimentary oil change. It was above and beyond of her to do that. Ì asked her if I could give her a hug and she said of course. Tori is an extremely caring person who wanted to make sure I had a safe vehicle to drive and to have a Merry Christmas!!

I object to paying for wheel balancing and alignment when purchasing tires. At independent tire stores those services are included in the price of the tires

The seat covers were taken care of, howeve, I still had to wait over an hour more because the person doing the seat cover messed up and had to fix the problem. My service rep Jamina did an excellent job of keeping me informed. She took care of getting the job completed to my satisfaction.
