Service was a little backed up and took longer even with an appt. Also when the car was finished and I checked out w Kim. She said my car was out front but it was not. Another person that was working outside went and found it and brought it up..

I paid $90 plus taxes and fees to diagnose my transmission; no issues were identified and the only recommendation was to replace the entire transmission. I could've came up with that solution on my own... I feel like it was a total waste of money and my time, especially since I took the car back to the company that built it. Very underwhelming.
