Natoreia was great and very professional. I enjoyed working with. What disappointed me is I just bought the car from you in November and I already have to replace the brakes on it and replace filters. Should this all been taken care of with an inspection of the car before I bought it? I also don't understand how the wheel lock works on my 3 tires but not on the front passenger tire. I don't believe this. How come this was not told to me when I brought the car in after I bought it to replace the bad front brakes that was on the car when I bought it. I don't want to be one of those people, but I can say I will not buy another used car from there.

Had 9AM appointment for oil change. Showed up at 8:45AM. Did not get my vehicle until 11:45AM. Kim explained that the shop was backed up but over 3hrs for an oil change is kind of ridiculous.

Brought my vehicle in for the tire pressure light, which would not go off and some new windshield wipers. I sat in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours. Texted Anthony a couple of times with no response. Finally after 2 1/2 hours I called him and he said my car would be out in a few minutes which ended up being another half hour. I am appalled with the service at your dealership. The service I needed should only have taken 30 minutes tops. I am so disappointed. I will most likely go to a different dealership for service going forward. My car is still under warranty so it allows me to go anywhere. Your service department needs to get its act together!
