Ricardo was nothing shirt of amazing taking care of me with my oil change. Nice and simple process, and wait time was not long at all. On just a days notice, he was able to get me an early appointment at the time I requested, and made sure I was aware of the things I need to get done for my car. Although I am not currently in a position to do so, he made sure I was aware. All positive with my experience with Ricardo, and looking forward to him taking care of my future services.

Not happy my windshield was cracked when I picked up my car and was told I had two dead batteries after both were new when I brought them to the dealership. And to get the battery back from you I have to bring a battery back so I can return the new battery to Costco.
