Maria Navarro was on top of what we needed done when I took it back for something that needed to be repaired. I wish all customer service was as attentive and courteous as Maria. Would definitely use Rock Honda again because of the professionalism that Maria showed.
I think there was a bit of wait time when I arrived. After that though the experience was quite good. It was a pricey job too. Hopefully, it will be well worth it. But Anthony was fantastic. Great personality and customer relations skills. He even stayed over his usual time to ensure the car was well serviced. I'll be working with him again. Great guy!
