Shafiq did great at servicing my vehicle and going over all details of the service. He provided me with accurate documentation and explained everything to me very well. He was kind and professional.
The service department is very unorganized. I was told to drive up to the right. I had 3 cars ahead of me. Then all of a sudden the line to the left of me had no one. Then all of a sudden three cars that came way after me got assistance before me. I was in line at 8:50 am and didn’t get assistance until almost 9:20 am. I had an appointment at 9 am. No one went over or beyond their job. I normally drive all the way to El Monte Honda because I get treated great there.
