Excellent customer service and my car was ready very quickly
I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours of waiting he came to me and asked me how I was paying? I used my debit card to pay then he walked me my car and sad, "Oh the tires didn't get rotated because there was no time". I had already paid for this service without getting it.

The years we have been coming to rock Honda and using coupons we was informed that you no longer are accepting coupons from other dealers. Since we had never been informed of the change that was a very hard adjustment for someone who is on a financial budget. But Ricardo was able to honor this time. But for the most part Ricardo was amazing.
