We were in the service line at 8:30 for our 8:45 appointment. It took almost a half hour for someone to check us in. The service took 3 hours. It was supposed to be about 45 minutes. I know things happen but maybe someone could have come and keep us updated. It wasn’t until I went and asked about the vehicle another service advisor checked on it.
It was a very long wait. What good is making an appointment?
Yes, I was satisfied with the service I received. I just have one question? Why doesn’t Rock Honda give complimentary car washes? Spreen Honda does.

I 100% love the workers there , they make sure to let me know a time frame & get it done in that frame , only problem id say ive always had is me making an appointment for a certain time & always getting seen 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment . Mohammmed a Khan was great help during my service & guaranteed me a fast service
I couldn’t reach anyone in the service department by phone. It would ring for a while, go to a voice menu that promptly hung up on me. I ended up having to just show up at the facility to get help. Maria was very helpful and explained that there were staffing issues causing the phone service fiasco. The dealer took my car in for service and found that there was an issue with premature carbon build up on the intake valves of my fairly new 2020 Honda Fit. Maria noted that it would be covered by my warranty but they didn’t have the parts or tools to repair it and that they would need to order them. I am still waiting for an update on that order.

I was happy that I got what I needed done since it didn’t get done the first time I took it in but now after my appointment I have paint chipped off now and my car is new I didn’t have any chipped paint or dents before going in for a tired rotation and oil change. I keep having such horrible experiences with this place. I honestly wish I never got my car from here.
