Paul was very friendly and explained everything well so I was able to understand what work was done on the safety recall.
Job was completed ahead of schedule and Technician was very helpful in showing me how to access spare tire if needed. Car was also washed which was nice and unexpected.

Your staff is rude, not informative nor offering alternative solution, nor living up to their timeline especially Kirk. Rude and short with me when questioned one retort was if you don't believe this us a nationwide problem call another dealership which I did and had to have my vehicle towed there. I will never return and will also use my media influence to point out issues.
Your service dept did not respond to their messages I left the for 2 days in a row . I left messages 2 times per day with a service dept worker, as well as the rep leaving messages 2 times a day for 2 days to let them know my car was at Central Kia since Monday Oct. 25,2021around noon. When I finally got someone on the phone Wednesday morning, I was told they didn’t have my car and I said it’s been there since Monday. Edwardo said he would go see if he could find it. So if they had of answered my messages I left them 2 days earlier they would have maybe seen about my car a week and a half earlier.
I am very happy with the service dept, but not happy with the cashier and sales dept at all. Also, I mentioned to the service dept scout my sunroof is jammed. I was shocked to hear that I had to leave my car for a week for you guys to trouble shoot. I don't think it's reasonable. But he was very sweet to help me push the sunroof close, so I can come back later or go to other dealership. Overall, happy with service dept, but the cashier was clueless and sales dept experience was bad. Sorry, I will not come back for service
I had a disagreement with your service agent and the supposed diagnosis that was made to the car was not the correct one and I think it did not materialize about the brake's ricoll ... so your customer service has been lousy and the worst ... . very bad reception by your staff ...
The communication from this dealership was the worst I’ve ever had from any dealership. We called at least 20 times and that is not an exaggeration and no one would call us back. I had to drive from Carrollton to walk in to the service area a month after leaving my car just to get an update. Rest assured no one in my family will ever spend $1 on any automobile from Kia as a result of this experience. I’m sure the actual work done on the car was satisfactory but the lack of customer service and lack of responsiveness from EVERYONE at this dealership was atrocious.
I was completely satisfied with the service and the advocate and he was very attentive to my needs.
