I had to call 4 times in one day to try and get an update on my car. I was told several times that my call would be expedited but still no one called. I didn’t know the service department closed at 6 so when I called at 6:10 I was told everyone had left. I had to call the next morning and waited till 7:30 to see if anyone would call and they did not. When I called they told me they did not know just yet what was wrong. Lack of communication is not a good thing.

The amount of time it took to communicate the 1st two weeks was horrible. It did get better but still took a month to get two recalls and a compressor fixed.
