Mr Gomez was so patient to listen to mt concerns not only about my car but also my work schedule (he let me dropped off my car due to my work schedule and also arranged shuttle for round trip to and from my work place) He also spent tome to explain my car's problem and the options of the solution! Highly recommend Mr Gomez and Kia in Plano! Thank you!

Paul is great, always very upfront and detailed. Never tries to sell any service that is not needed. I’ve had my Kia Sorento for about 4 years now and Central Kia of Plano Service and parts has always been on top of their game. Excellent customer service.
