Called and requested 1st apt with Paul Gomez. Given Monday,28 Mar at 7:25. Arrived Paul was not in yet. Other technician told me the diagnostic would take all day and do not wait so took shuttle home even though I should have stayed.
Paul called me as soon as he got in. Took care of me right away and of course provided the most professional customer service anyone could hope for. He took care of the car right away called to give me update, texted me to give me an update with very specific details. He was absolutely exceptional. Apologized that I took the shuttle home. Called me for a return shuttle. Met me personally and insured he went over paperwork with me. Personally got me the extra key explained about the catalytic converter and had my car washed and ready. He is amazing. He was done by 10:30am I was there by 11:30am with shuttle.
Had the other gentleman not given me incorrect information. I would not have had to go back and forth.
I am so thankful for Paul. You are blessed to have him as an employee and please acknowledge his exceptional work publicly!!
Trey Taylor is very helpful and courteous.
My engine has to be replace under warranty. I was inform it could take 4 - 6 weeks and no loaner car.So I am without a car for over a month.
Service advisor did not communicate at all. I had to call several times a day to figure out was going on with my vehicle. I went to pay with my 10% service discount and was told all service advisors left early for the day. Very poor customer service.
Paul is very friendly and gives great customer service!
