Richard's customer service was exceptional. I had inadvertently missed my original appointment and Richard was kind enough to get me in the very next day. He took the necessary measures to troubleshoot my car's navigation speaker issue and order a replacement. He even arranged for an employee to drive me home and pick me up the next afternoon. This visit was vastly different than my first visit a few weeks after I bought my car and my sunroof got stuck the very first time I opened it.
Great service and not in market for new car but when we are it’s a kia again!

I came in for my oil changed and my 45k check up which I was told on the phone would be $89.99. Then when I came in it was $489.99, which I did not get. I have the rewards, why is it so hard to get someone to give my the price would be after eliminating the items I get for free? Same thing with my other milestones, I've heard all kinds of numbers. It's a total pain.
I was there for over two hours for a SCHEDULED oil change. At about the two hour point they told me they were doing some TLC. It had a crappy car wash and they vacuumed my two front mats. On the phone they told me it would take 30 min to one hour.
I have always had great service at Thomas Kia. The Staff have always been professional and friendly.
Just one thing, with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I waited for over 2-1/2 hours. Ridiculous!!! Either don’t make appointments for people or hire more help.
