Jonathan was helpful and friendly when I dropped off my car in the morning and kept me apprised of what was going on and what additional maintenance might be required, and when I picked it up in the afternoon after work, everything was ready to go on his desk. He was busy with another customer when I arrived, but the service person who sits in front of him (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) stepped in and got my invoice and car and pulled it around. Two great service associates!
I checked yesterday to see if they had a key to program to my car. They said yes and I made the appointment, based on the information I was given. I brought my car in at 8:00 am, this morning. I called back after 10:00 am. I was told that the key would have to be ordered and I would have to reschedule. After double checking, I was told that the computer showed 2 keys but none could be found on the premises.
Jonathan was very professional and super helpful and I appreciate his assistance.
Me Matt was very nice and friendly explained in detail what needed to be done extra to keep my car running efficiently and no added pressure just because I was a female.
Mr. Gregory Scott provided excellent customer service during my visit. Mr. Scott kept me updated about the progress status of my vehicle service as I waited; my wait time was very reasonable. Mr. Scott also reserved a loaner vehicle should I had the need for one.
However, the problem with my vehicle was not resolved (3rd visit). A sound similar to that of a “Baby Bird” chirping is intermittently coming from the Right-Rear Seat. The sound had stopped when I left the dealership, but returned within 15 minutes. This creates an annoying distraction while operating the vehicle.
None at present. Haven’t had a real chance to drive any distance.

My data was not reset neither did I get my reminder window decals for next service. I had to drive all the way back. I should be reimbursed for my gas
