Lewis is the best Service Advisor, always is polite, respectful and makes sure guys customers are taken care of. I started behind my older Honda to Bob Boyte because of Lewis service.

We didn’t like the fact that we brought our car in for service and had a half a tank of gas and the gas light was on when we arrived to pick it up(my wife never lets the gas get below a quarter of a tank). Her car smells like gas on the inside! Also your service rep called us at 3:56 and he said that you Closed at 4:00. Luckily we were able to get our keys from the receptionist.. our car is never washed properly like you promised it would be. It has been disappointing and bad customer service thus far since we bought our car from Bob boyte

Lewis was great! But it took close to 2 weeks to get the car back. I have never had my car gone that long. A battery charger was left in my car which now I will have to bring that back to Brandon. My radio wasn’t reset. But I had the radio code so I was able to reset it. I still will use this Honda dealership.

Everything was satisfactory except for the complimentary car wash. I’d just assume not have them to wash it at all if that is the best that can be done. I have pictures, if need.
