Thank you for the service done today when we needed it.
Problem not resolved. It’s been in 3 times for same problem.
I had a typical oil change, plus a malfunctioning sensor that needed looking at. I was told both would take around 1 hour each. I had my 2 young children with me and was hoping it would take less than that, so l asked for a courtesy vehicle. We were told when we bought our van that if a repair or maintenance was going to take too long, we could request one. Jonathan told me he would look into that for me, and when l mentioned it again, he said he would like to try to avoid that. I assumed he meant he would try to get me through quicker. He was very kind and gracious throughout my whole experience, keeping me updated when possible. After 2.5 hours waiting, my oil and tires service had been taken care of, as well as a mark they buffed out without charging for. But they had yet to be able to even look at my sensor. I had things l needed to accomplish with my kids and didn’t want to wait any longer. I asked if l could come back later and Jonathan said yes and a few minutes later had me ready to go. Mine and my husband’s issue was with being told we could request a courtesy vehicle so we could go run errands, etc as needed, but when l brought that up, even after telling me it would be 2+ hours waiting, l got the impression that it would be a hassle he wanted to avoid? We would love more clarification or understanding of when courtesy vehicles are an option or not. Thanks!

The service attendant who vacuumed my car through my dirty towels I had on the floor board onto the next clean seat. I had to dust it off before i left. If this is the kind of service you give. Then I prefer not to have my car vacuumed. Expressing my disappoinment.
