Only negative comment I have is that an “exclamation point” was still visible on my information screen. I pull up the “systems update” and pressed “update”. Hopefully that will not cause future problems. The “exclamation point” went away but a “B” indication still remains on my maintenance/oil life screen.

My wife said that everyone in the service department was super nice and helpful. Only issue I have had with this purchase, my second at Bob Boyte, and I know this has nothing to do with the service department, is that the car did not have floor mats when we purchased it almost two months ago. The salesman said he would get us floor mats but that hasn’t happened yet. Other than that minor issue, we have had another great experience with Bob Boyte Honda.

Mr. Shackelford was very helpful and very patient. I came in very frustrated regarding the bad battery in my 2021 CRV and he made sure my vehicle was checked out to rule out any electrical problems. He also requested reimbursement for the new battery I had to by to be able to drive my car home last night after it would not jump off. I really appreciate his help.
