I understand how busy you are. I specifically told Jonathan I needed oil change and tires rotated and that I had a fog light busted . He told me it would be about 2 hours . When he told me my car was ready they had not even addressed the fog light which even in the inspection should have been noted without me saying anything. He quickly told me most likely would require it to be ordered. He found out they had 3 in stock but would require me waiting an additional hour or more. I declined and will plan to bring it back. I just expect a more thorough exam. Also they failed to put lug tool back in and he had to walk it out and put it back in the glove box. Otherwise service was ok.
Faster service than I expected. My daughter told me that y’all were good and now I know it for myself.

Everything was wonderful as usual until I got my car back and found dirt/grease on the upholstery. Of course it was cleaned for me but just didn’t appreciate the carelessness of someone handling my car that way. Thought you should know. Thanks.
Was told all parts were in stock and they weren’t. No call to let us know that parts had to be ordered and would take an extra day.
No need for a call back. Lewis took care of the issue. We came in for service. When we got our van back, the steering wheel had grease on it. Furthermore; there were greasy hand prints on the fender of a white Odyssey. Couple months ago, I had my civic in for service, I was standing outside when the tech brought my car out of the shop. He was spinning the tires and driving it like a maniac..(not kidding). When the tech realized that it was my car, he appologized. I miss the old Bob Boyte Honda. The ONLY reason that we still come there is because we bought the maintainence contract.
