I arrived over an hour before the service department closed and after sitting waiting for almost 20 minutes was told they don’t change oill after 4:30pm. Left the vehicle over night to find out the next morning I received a call before 8:00 am stating my pilot was ready. They changed the oil the day before. No satisfied at all. There is no excuse.
