Courteous, quick, no hassles and I wasn’t expecting a car wash which was a nice surprise! Also, I stayed for the 45-1hr it took to get an oil change and worked on my laptop in the lobby. The Internet was down, but Shawn gave me his personal hotspot from his phone so I could access the Internet. He didn’t need to do that and I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!
The process of repairing my vehicle is taking entirely too long (about 2 months) and still has not been fixed. Now it is going to be outsourced and the process will start from square one.

I'm still waiting when I can have my vehicle issue resolved.Shawn has found since April 18th that the vehicle (Subaru 2009) has 3 oil leaks in the front, he should call me back to schedule a date for me to return the car, and I'm still waiting.

Three days after I bought the car I went and had the omissions test done and it failed. I contact the dealership and let them know that they told me it fell because it needed a Cadillac converter. I let George know about the Internet told me to bring the car in March 13 I bought the car in it took them three weeks to replace the passenger rear view mirror after they told me the mirror was in stock and they had it and then when I pick my car up on the 27th George assured me that everything was fixed and when I made it home, the check engine light came back on. I think it’s a AutoZone And had them do a diagnostic test and they let me know that I needed a new Cadillac converter JP from service. I’ll ask him for a receipt of the work that was done. He wasn’t able to provide and told me that he didn’t replace the Cadillac converter after they have my car in service for two weeks and told me that they was and now the check engine light is back on.
Great service center. They went out of their way to ensure the insurance company covered everything possible, including the OEM parts.
