I was without a vehicle for about 2 weeks, without a rental, only to get back My vehicle that now moves like a slow treadmill that’s used and the engine light to return and the low engine oil pressure indicator to return as though the colorado auto finders mechanics did nothing but take My money, I took the pictures and am sending all of them to the proper channels. The mechanics of caf did not do their job and american assurance corporation did not do their job and unbeknownst to them all they are under the radar and are oblivious.
Well I picked up my truck today after 3 weeks of getting a reman **** put in. Parked my truck in the garage and something is leaking fluid from somewhere. Wondering if you replaced rear main seal while you had the **** out.
They washed my car and the brushes got caught on my license plate and license plate frame and bent both frame and plate.now my license plate does not fit correctly to the bracket. Other than that the service was great.

We were told there was no diagnosis fee when we purchased the extended warranty. I asked specifically about that because I had seen complaints from other customers in the reviews and were told flat out there was no charge for diagnostics. However they told us today there would be a 180$ fee to tell us what was wrong. Very disappointing and deceptive. I wouldn’t have purchased the warranty had I known the truth.
Vehicle was at the dealership extremely too long vehicle was promised multiple times week after week it will be completed. Promises fell through. Vehicle was at the dealership for over two months just for me to come pick up my vehicle when it was completed and for the car not to start. Took the vehicle home just to have a die in the garage vehicle would not start until next morning test drove the car temperature gauge was jumping up and down. Found out it had a hole in the radiator. New radiator was installed about three months ago. I believe the radiator got damaged when you guys took it apart. When I open the hood noticed extra bolts sitting at the bottom couple items had missing bolts splash guards from inside of wheel wells were not put back coolant cap was also loose. Vehicle needs to come back the next day to have work redone that was already done.

Every time I bring my vehicle in to get service those Shawn and Tanya are great I didn’t have an appointment and I brought my car in and I had towed in because it was overheating and they got it in before my appointment date and it was fixed the next day very great service here.
