. You guys also ignored me and also broke the law. You’d know what I’m talking about if you guys actually responded. Can’t just charge people without having an estimate which I never even got. You guys just told me 100 dollars which I got Audio recording of and never got my approval for the charge of the alignment. I advise you guys not to lie when you have to respond to bbb and attorneys general office. That’s just the first steps…

Litterly took you 3 trips to figure out a lightbulb was burned out. Returned car to me last time without even trying the lights on when troubleshooting a light issue. Additionally besides the nonsense of my comprehensive warranty not covering speaker replacement last time I was in I requested we proceed. When back again I found out you didn't even order it. Meaning I would have to come down for a 4th time and take more time off work to fix something I already said I wanted done
