It took nearly 3 weeks to have minor repairs done. There was no contact or updates from CAF for long periods during that time. I wish that I was offered a loaner for being without my vehicle for this long. Sean was not apologetic regarding the excessive wait time to get my vehicle back. This was not a positive experience and deters me from using CAF in the future.
Always satisfied always pleased with the customer service and the satisfaction that the work they put out to bring people back I am very pleased I wish other dealerships were like Colorado auto finder they treat you like family at Colorado auto finder

I bought the Jeep Friday, February 8, on my way home the check engine light came on for knock sensors, I called that night to speak to a manager and didn’t hear a response from anyone till I posted a google review February 12th. February 13th I got a response to my google review stating
“ Hello Ryan,
Thank you for leaving us a review, and for providing us feedback. We would love to help make the situation right for you. Our GM has reached out to you so you can bring the vehicle in and checked by our company service department. “
I was able to bring the jeep in on February 15 where I dealt with Shawn, Sean took care of me and got both sensors replaced. Awesome, later in the evening the check engine light came back on for no sensors, Sean had told me it will take about three days of driving to get the sensors readin, right. the next morning, the check engine light came on for the same code. I will drive it two more days before I’ll have to bring it back in to see what is going on.

Friendly and fast service. They did a complimentary inspection and found an oil leak which was due to recent repair made at the dealer. It was a very helpful catch before it became a major problem.
Brought my SUV in on Sat morning with no appt, Shawn was able to discover the issue and get it repaired that day. Great service!

Having to bring my vehicle back and fourth about 10 time for the same problem is just absurd. Worst shop I have ever taken my vehicle too. From loosing items on my car to getting it back worse then it was is crazy. Absolutely a horrible place to buy a car and to have your vehicle worked on.
