Why was the tai gate and glasses holder left open? Just curious no harm done.

I wish they would have measured the rotors and break pads prior to replacing. Then seemed they did not want to tell me they didn't measure them before it had already been replaced.

Cheyenne was much improved over my last visit which, for me, was a disaster. She was very loud and accusing me of something I had not done. Very upsetting!
