Took 3 hours to remove a screw from front right tire on our Toyota4 runner. That is ridiculous. I will never go back.

Received text to bypass the counter and use express pay to checkout. Did this and received confirmation. When my wife goes to pickup car, there is no bypassing counter and they didn’t believe that we had paid. It all worked out but need to get this tool to work for customer
