Our service tech was great! My issue is he told us the charges were $$775-ish but then all of a sudden it came to $950.50. He said they only charged for one hour of labor but the bill says three. I will be contacting someone about this....my car was sitting finished before the 3 hours of labor because we showed up early before notification. I saw the paperwork. Labor time was .90

I was completely upset when leaving your place of business today.
Brought extended warranty and being told a mouse must be in my jeep that screwed up AC. They have to rip my dashboard completely apart to find the hissing noise in dash broad. They could not tell me how long it would be to work on it. Would not be covered under warranty. Took the light bulb out that was burnt out could not replace it, but did not even put the old one back. When telling my concerns they did not listen. They will call me tomorrow if they can find any information out. I WAS Told just turn it in to my car insurance they will pay for it. My AC is not in the dashboard. Only have had this car for a year ac does not work.
When telling them the automated starter light has been coming on they said we don't see it. Really why would I take the time to tell you something if it was not going on. I asked did you hook the car UP TO HAVE codes readed they said no. HOW DO YOU KNOW AUTOMATICALLY START WORKING Or NOT THEN
I left crying, and told they had call me tomorrow cause they did not know what warranty would cover.
My new car has no AC with a child with asthma.
I hope they call me tomorrow, and the reason I pay a extra $50 a month in warranty covers the issues in my jeep.
I just put new tires on the car before even having it a year.
Things went well, had small snafu but it was fixed without a problem. It was quite a pleasant experience and he was very nice
I was supposed to have free oil changes. I was told due to the price of oil going up, I would have to pay some of it. They took $60 off my bill. It's not my fault prices went up. I bought my vehicle new from this dealership 1 year ago. I did not have any issues with customer service. Everyone was polite.

I stopped in after another appointment I had. My daughter’s car needed brakes and a wheel stud replaced before she goes back to college. I never expected to be told it could be done today. She got the car in and done. I really appreciate it.
