The car was not cleaned from inside . I had to query after delivery and was informed that due weather they could not. It’s ok but I should have been told. Before delivery of vehicle I did not even meet her as she never felt it’s ok to ask me if there is any problem or issue that I might be having I have written separately to you yesterday. I reported a problem with the speedometer reacting slowly to speed changes. The work done was regarding acceleration issues. If the problem returns, it will require another trip to service it. There was no issue with acceleration, only speedometer.

You should be closed for four days for the Christmas holiday!!!!

Brought the car in to have window electronics fixed under warrantee. We live 40 minutes from dealership but continue to use Bowen Scarff as I have bought 10+ cars from you over the last 15 years. Service dept has always been the least favorable part about your dealership but co ti yes to get worse. Last time we brought the bronco in ti have oil change as well as a recall taken care of. Got home and washer fluid was empty even though receipt said it was filled, obviously a lie. Whatever I had to go buy a 5 dollar gallon of washer fluid after just paying for a service. This time you had the bronco for 2 days to repair the window. Drove 40 minutes plus traffic to pick up the car, stopped at the gas station before getting home, opened the door and window still not working correctly. We called and all we got was well you can bring it back. No thank you. This is not my first problems with the service dept over the year. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had to make two trips to get my oil service completed. Didn’t change cabin filter and didn’t replace windshield wipers… We live in Renton do not at all convenient .
