I was disappointed and frustrated that the date that was scheduled about two plus weeks was not done. The scheduler called me the day of pick up to say they would need to keep my car the day of pick up and most of the next day. I told them i could not be without my car that long. we settled for Friday 29, 2023 and my car was serviced and return the same day.
Katherine is the reason I have given nearly 20,000 dollars of service work on my two Mustangs to Bowen-Scarff. She is prompt, communicative, offers options, is always fully aware of and addresses my concerns, makes me feel like she truly cares about my service experience, and has ensured that my cars are always properly services, modified, or repaired. Asked for full synthetic oil, was given the blend. They did call me later to explain what happened and offered to drain and replace the oil, I choose to wait tell the next oil change to get full synthetic oil
You failed to admit the problem existed, and therefore did not fix the problem. I came in and drove the vehicle with the service manager present. We both observed the issue (transmission hard shifts) several times. I was then sent home with my vehicle to wait and see if you (and Ford) will go forward and address the root cause. Note: according to some research by me on the web, this is a known issue with the 10 speed automatic trans mission used in the F150.
I was told by **** that I would get a loaner car and when arriving from Seattle to drop off my Bronco Eric informed me that none were available. Also it took two days to change oil and install a light switch which is two hours work max.
Friendly and responsive service technicians, service managers and lot staff. I noticed something was off about the repair and was able to bring it back in immediately and have it addressed. I appreciate the dedication to getting it done right.

This job was done efficiently finally, but it took 14 months for the required part to come in. I feel we were very patient, but something needs to be done to fix the worldwide parts shortage.
