You guys have given the Best customer service I’ve ever seen until the past two oil changes. I’m not sure what has changed but the oil changes are taking longer. This time my vehicle sat outside for over 30 minutes, I’m assuming complete although no one was at the customer service desk or at the oil change service desk. A guy walks by and I ask him about it and he doesn’t know what is going on with it. Finally finds my paperwork and it was just sitting on the desk. He said I need new tires the past three times I’ve been there brought it to my hometown and took to tire shop, two different ones and they said I did not need knee tires. I’m confused. I count on you and trust that you would not give me false information but I’m second guessing myself hence why I took it for two other opinions.

First of you had my car for a week. An entire WORK week. I was called the day OF dropping it off BEFORE I EVEN HAD MY APPOINTMENT - ON A SATURDAY!!!! and told you to Authorize putting on 3 NEW TIRES (so around 800$) because of how worn down my were along with the other work that needed to the vents and oil. When I get there to pick it up the next Saturday, not only was I handed a receipt for 50 some odd dollars, when I asked if the tires had been put on I was told they weren't sure, and then told no. I was told yall FORGOT LOL? and then I was handed and car back WITH MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT LOL?? and was waiting for almost an hour and a half while this was checked on and told it was something that probably could have pretty easily avoided. Not only that - because of YOUR **** neglect my tired ended up completely flat today ON ONE OF THE TIRES YOU SHOULD HAVE REPLACED.- stranding me at work. I'm really REALLY glad I have someone to come and get me considering it's in the middle of nowhere with choppy signal at best. Do better. What a joke.

They couldn't find the key to the tire lock and someone called me but didn't give their name and said the phone number so fast that I had to listen to the message 4 times to get it. Also you need to get Amanda to put her car in her name the next time she is there.
