Sunroof won't close after owning my KIA Sorento for under 1 year. This is my second time bringing car in for issue and told there is nothing they could do.
Tye was awesome and is a very hard worker!! She made sure everything was on point and correct with my service. She answered any questions I had. Thanks Tye, keep up the good work! :)
All that I was under the impression was bad about my car was well, a little bothersome to me, and after being explained to me in well understanding words I left the dealer in a better frame of mind knowing all is well. Great experience.

The lift needed to rotate my tires was unavailable and was going to require an additional 2-3 hour wait or rescheduling. The customer service communication was fantastic though.
