George went above and beyond. From the time he checked the vehicle in until he checked it out.
Considering there was an error on the system regarding the model of my company car, he was able to correct it.
George was courteous, he made sure that customers are treated well and leave the dealership happy.

Service took longer than estimated.
It took 8 days to fix my car. I just thought that was too long. But Michael was very nice.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service department at Kia.
My vehicle was in the shop for nearly two months, which is completely unacceptable. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the transmission failed at only around 30,000 miles. A major component like a transmission should not fail this early, and it raises serious concerns about the vehicle’s quality and reliability.
Although the transmission was eventually replaced, the way this case was handled was highly unprofessional. For the first three weeks, I was not provided with a complimentary rental vehicle, forcing me to pay out of pocket for alternative transportation. This created a significant financial **** that should not have been my responsibility.
To make matters worse, no compensation or reimbursement was offered for these expenses, despite the excessive repair time and inconvenience caused. I had to repeatedly follow up, and at no point did I feel that my situation was taken seriously.
Given the length of time my vehicle was out of service and the severity of the issue at such low mileage, I am now seriously considering my rights under California’s Lemon Law. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Kia as a brand.
Unless this situation is addressed properly, including fair compensation for my losses, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
I strongly urge Kia to take accountability and improve both their product quality and customer service.
